  We ordered 3 burgers, 1 fry, 1 poutine, and 3 drinks expecting to wait 10- 14 minutes for our order to be cooked. Instead our order was delivered to our table in 6 minutes.
  I found this unusual because we had eaten at the Kitchener store only a couple of weeks ago and we were handed a buzzer unit to tell us when our order would be ready and we watched as our burgers were loaded on the grill complete with the flames.The order took about 10 minutes to get to our table.
  Any way, my fries were hot so I started eating them right away and the others proceeded with their burgers. After about 3 minutes I unwrapped my burger and started to eat. The bun was cold but I continued to eat about half of the burger and I realized the pattie was only lukewarm. I asked my grandson how his was and he said the same, and my wife said her's was the same. She asked me not to say anything as she would feel embarrassed. I rolled up the third of the burger that was left and put it in the trash. I walked to the counter and asked if the burgers were precooked and the young lady said yes. The girl that took my order then appeared and confirmed pre cooked burgers, and also said they don't heat the buns.
  I explained how happy we were with the Kitchener store and how displeased we were with this order. She apologised but did not make any effort to refund any of my $38 order as a gesture of good will nor invite us back.
  I explained that if nobody complains about poor quality of food, then it will be deemed acceptable and your business will not survive. You will wonder what happened.
